Therefore, the company is committed to offering an environment of constant support, which includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Regular communication<\/b>Periodic meetings (virtual or in-person) to review objectives, results, and strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Continuous Training and Education:<\/b>We offer resources, training on our products, and sales guides to ensure that each agent has the necessary tools to optimize their results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Feedback and Recognition:<\/b>Open communication channels are established to provide constructive feedback and recognize good performance. Sales agents will be valued not only for their results, but also for their effort and commitment to the brand.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3. Commission-Based Compensation:<\/b> Sales agents are compensated on a commission basis that is tied directly to the sales they generate. Resources and Support Materials:<\/b> The company will provide sales agents with:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Marketing and sales material, including product catalogs, technical sheets and wine samples.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Access to the database of potential clients and business opportunities in their area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Support in the logistics of product delivery and coordination with the internal team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>6. Objective and Vision:<\/b> Our goal is for each sales agent to be an ambassador for the BODEGAS HISPANICAS REUNIDAS, S.L. brands in their local market, playing a key role in the international growth of the company.
